Project Overview

The Wellesley Country Club (WCC) has invested significantly in their facilities over the last two decades. To complete their campus transformation and to meet the current and future needs of their members, the Club recognized the need to upgrade the existing indoor tennis facility. To help create a plan and understand the options of an existing facility renovation versus a tear-down and rebuild, the Club reached out to Stanmar because of our reputation for delivering economical design-build solutions for complex projects. Stanmar created a new facility solution for WCC that fit their budget and needs. The new racquets facility construction was completed in Fall 2022.
